Luxury housing in Houston, Texas for June 3rd, 2020. Homes in Houston above 800K are typically the luxury market locally. These are homes in some of the most prestigious inner loop areas like West University, Bellaire, River Oaks and Memorial. They are also found in the some of the nationally recognized best places to live in America; Sugar Land, The Woodlands and Katy. Todays trend mirrors previous days with growing new inventory, tripling the number sold and growing off market homes.
